All outstanding balances for cleaning services are payable cash, cheque (must be payable to Brilliant Clean Ltd.), by bank transfer or by credit/debit card upon completion of the job on the day the service is carried on. Customers may be asked to show a cheque guarantee card if paying by cheque. If the customer’s bank returns the cheque unpaid Brilliant Clean Ltd. reserves the right to charge £20 administration fee. In case of dishonoured cheque administration fee of £20 will apply to the cleaning service charge. Car park and congestion charge may occur in case there are any.
Brilliant Clean Ltd. has got fourteen days payment policy to post cheques for cleaning services. However if we have not received payment in this period we reserve the right to send the debtor to a debt collecting company. By signing the contract the Client agrees to pay any debt collector’s fees, administrative fees, court and legal fees.
By signed contract agreement customer agrees to pay any outstanding amount which is due such as car park, or congestion charge if applicable.
CARPET CLEANING
Signed acceptance of cleaning order and of Company’s Terms and Conditions is needed before we commence work. We, Brilliant Clean, in our capacity of a cleaning company agree to perform the cleaning task as per the quoted price. Should there be any changes to the originally stated amount of work that needs to be carried out the price will be adjusted accordingly. Please bear in mind that we cannot be held responsible for permanent damages and stains that have become more visible after the upper layer of dirt has been removed. In case of claim against us we are liable to cover expenses based on the present condition at the time of cleaning taking into consideration reasonable wear and tear and not on the value of a corresponding brand new item.
Brilliant Clean Ltd. Is not responsible for the removal of heavy old furniture, computers, TC sets, etc. In case the customer needs removal of those we may assist only.
END OF TENANCY/GENEREL ONE-FF/SPRING CLEANING
Signed acceptance of cleaning order and of Company’s Terms and Conditions is needed before we commence work. At the end of the cleaning customers are obliged to check the job and to sign a check-list thus accepting the standard of cleaning. If customer is not happy with something he/she reserves the right to ask the cleaners to spend some extra time to rectify the problems. If this extra time exceeds half an hour additional payment will apply as per the time spent on the job. In case it is not possible we must be notified within 3 working days and allowed to redo the cleaning and solve the problem at no additional cost. However, once the job has been approved by the client we cannot accept further complaints.
An additional charge of £10 may occur for collection of keys from a third party if the address of collection is within a post code different from the post code of the address where the cleaning will be done. Clients should be aware that in case of delays or cancellation on the day of the cleaning administrative charges of minimum £20 may occur.
We require 24 hour notification regarding cancellation of booked services. Otherwise, cancellation fee will be imposed.
